Just your luck, nothing is available and the only option is garage parking at a ridiculous $25 per vehicle. Insert Open Spot, a Google Labs creation to combat parking headaches. It’s a GPS based app that allows users to mark where open parking spots are. Maybe the next add-on feature will allow live user comments, for example “Be careful of the homeless dude on the sidewalk. He’ll help guide you into the tight spot then demand two cigarettes and five dollars.” Android phones only for now, sorry iPhoners. Retail $FREE
