Double-edged safety razors have a nice weight and balance too them. Holding one in your hand feels so much better than those multi-bladed plastic things, and the single blade does just as well in making your face baby butt smooth. The replacement blades are a lot cheaper too. Just remember that there’s a very good reason why it’s called double-edged. I forgot for 5 seconds once and was quickly reminded by that wonderfully sharp blade.
