Just turn the knob clockwise and toothpaste is dispensed through the bristles. You can refill the toothpaste chamber over and over with any brand of toothpaste you prefer. I haven’t tried it with my beloved Mentadent, but anything that simplifies my toiletry bag is awesome. It’s also very handy and discrete if you want to brush after a lunch meeting. The vented cap allows the bristles to dry and not get mildewy. Retail $19.99

however the biggest question is, can you fly with it? I guess you could just toss the toothbrush into your liquids bag. It would be a pain to have to take that tooth paste out. I can imagine this thing looking like a high tech explosive.
