Just recently watched the movie Killer Elite with Jason Statham (pictured). In the movie he rocks the classic Baracuta G9 jacket in both khaki and navy. It really is a badass everyday jacket that’s stylish yet minimalist. My favorite feature is the understated interior lining. Retail $275
“ONE OF OUR NATION’S GREATEST CONTRIBUTIONS TO MENSWEAR. THE G9 IS THE ORIGINAL HARRINGTON JACKET, MUCH COPIED BUT THE DEFINITIVE HARRINGTON JACKET IS ONLY MADE BY BARACUTA.
WE HAVE BEEN DRESSING ICONS & LEGENDS IN THE ORIGINAL G9 HARRINGTON JACKET SINCE 1937 AND OUR INFLUENCE CONTINUES TODAY. SOME OF THE COOLEST SCREEN AND POP ICONS OF THE LAST CENTURY HAVE ADORNED THE G9 JACKET, FROM ELVIS PRESLEY, STEVE MCQUEEN & FRANK SINATRA, TO LIAM GALLAGHER & THIERRY HENRY.”
If you’re a fan of Chris King precision components, pretty much the STANDARD for headsets in the mountain biking world, you’re probably going to fall in love with Beloved Cycles. Each frame is handcrafted at the Chris King workshop in Oregon. This kind of attention to detail and craftsmanship doesn’t come cheap though. Each lugged steel bike starts at $4,895 and has a 8-10 week build time before it arrives at your doorstep.
A lot of times when celebrities and athletes create custom cars they’re fugly. This is regardless of how much money they put into it. Like my fiancee always says, “You can’t buy taste. You either have it or you don’t.” Check out Vaughn Gittin Jr’s ride and decide for yourself. Definitely not fugly.
We wish these were the limited edition Freshest Gear Hattori, but slime green is a standard color from Saucony. The company classifies them a training tool for shorter distances once or twice a week to build foot and calf muscles. Unlike Vibram Five Fingers your toes are kept together in the Hattori like a regular shoe. Since they weight only 4.4 oz, many Hattori adopters have set some personal records for your mile and 5K times. So keep a pair in the trunk incase a co-worker challenges you to a footrace in the parking lot. Retail $80
Apolis has been sourcing some pretty cool stuff from all around the world. These leather sandals are handmade in Tel Aviv, Israel, and feature “100% NATURAL VARNISHED VEGETABLE TANNED ITALIAN LEATHER, THREE BRASS RIVETS, RECYCLED RUBBER SOLE.” After a year of wear and tear they should weather quite nicely. Retail $98
Bikes are finicky things that constantly need to be dialed in for the perfect ride. Even fixies need a seat adjustment and chain lube every now and then. The Bike Fixtation is a cool idea for city riders that don’t want to carry a pointy screwdriver in their commuter bag and don’t have space for a repair stand in their apartment. All the basic tools you’d need are cable locked to the bike repair stand. The vending machine sells tubes, small accessories, snacks, and has a air compressor pump for tires. Unfortunately there are only two Bike Fixtations available, and both are in Minneapolis, MN.
So maybe you didn’t date the prom queen and wear a letterman jacket for playing football, or maybe you did wear a letterman jacket and played on the tennis team (true story). Relive the glory days with one of these swanky Seal Stadium jackets from Golden Bear. Made in the USA. Retail $198
“100 % lightweight cotton shell with lightweight poly lining.

100% cotton stripe knit cuff, collar and wasitband.
Antique nickel snap front.”
Kids these days will never understand classic arcade games like Street Figther. Remember when you were waiting to play and non-nonchalantly placed your quarter on the edge of the screen. It was the non-verbal way of saying “I got next.” These 3″ mini figures from Kidrobot are nostalgic and modern. The perfect gift for a friend in need of a smile. $9.95 each/blind boxed
